An offline league is basically a series of comuter controlled races. No drivers can be given advantages or disadvantages, so if your car wrecks on the first lap don't blame us.
Currently for the YouTube ORS there is a limit of 2 teams per owner, with an unlimited number of schemes per car (you can have as many cars as you want as long as they have the same number and owner)
As of now the only places to watch are on the Livestream player or on our YouTube channel.
